Hash Brown Supreme
Hash Brown Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine potatoes and melted butter.
Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan well.
Combine corn flake crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top of mixture once placed in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover mixture with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
