Hash Brown Potatoes
Hash Brown Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw potatoes, chopped or diced, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/4 c. green onion (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place potatoes, salt and pepper in nonstick skillet.
Cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and add onions, if desired.
Cook potatoes about 30 minutes or until tender.
Spray occasionally with nonstick spray if necessary to keep potatoes from sticking to skillet.
Fold like an omelet and serve.
