Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Hash Brown Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 3/4 c. melted margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted) and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix thawed hash browns, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, milk, sour cream and cheese.
Stir thoroughly.
Spoon into greased casserole dish.
Crush cereal and stir in rest of the margarine. Sprinkle this on top of the casserole.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350Β°.
