Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Hash Brown Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. minced onion and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Stir well.
Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. (Spray dish with Pam first.)
