Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Hash Brown Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients except potatoes and cornflakes.
Mix potatoes throughout the combined ingredients.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and sprinkle corn flakes over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10. This is great when made ahead of time and baked at last minute.
May be reheated and tastes even better the next day.
