Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Hash Brown Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 3/4 c. melted butter, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix potatoes, 1/2 of the melted butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with corn flake crumbs and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Garnish with parsley or lemon twists, if desired.
Serves 10 to 12.
