Hash Brown Potato Bake
Hash Brown Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw hash browns in a large bowl.
In a medium frying pan, saute onion in margarine until tender. Mix first 6 ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Spread crushed chips on top. Bake at 350Β° until bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
