Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. diced hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. carton sour cream, 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together in a large bowl the hash browns, soup, sour cream, 3/4 of the melted margarine, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour into a 9 x 11-inch glass Pyrex dish.
Mix the remaining margarine with the corn flakes and top the hash brown mixture.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β°.
