Combine all ingredients except for the cornflakes.

Melt the margarine before mixing with other ingredients (soup doesn't need to be heated).

Put into a 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.

Crumble cornflakes by hand and spread across top of casserole, approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Bake covered at 350Β° for 1 hour. Take foil off of casserole and continue baking for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until cornflakes are a golden brown.
