Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup (can use celery or mushroom), 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 1/2 c. each: jack and cheddar cheese (can use all cheddar) and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, soup, butter and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
In 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish or 3-quart casserole, layer half of the potatoes, half of the cream mixture and 3/4 of the cheese.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
