Made with 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup, 1 c sour cream, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1 - 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes and 2 c shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes and Cheddar cheese, mix well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
