Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed, 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/4 to 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1 c. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt 1 stick butter; add grated cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix in hash brown potatoes.
Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together corn flakes and 1/2 stick margarine.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
