Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 tsp. onion salt and dash of garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter. Cool slightly.
Mix with sour cream, Cheddar cheese, soups, ham, hash browns and seasonings.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
In frypan, melt 1/2 stick butter.
Mix with 1 1/2 cups croutons and stir until brown. Spread over potatoes.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
