Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pkg. shredded hash browns (frozen), 1 tsp. salt, 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup, 2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix margarine, salt, pepper, soup, milk and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes.
Scatter half of cheese over top and gently stir into potatoes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and then mixture of corn flakes and margarine.
Bake an additional 20 minutes.
