Harvest Vegetable Casserole
Harvest Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), 1 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place defrosted vegetables in a 9 x 12-inch dish.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter with salt and pepper.
Pour onion and butter over vegetables.
In saucepan, combine soup, sour cream and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts and is well blended.
Pour sauce over vegetables.
Evenly sprinkle crushed crackers over vegetables and pour remaining 1/4 cup butter over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
