Bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, cloves, pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs.
Blend well. Fold 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and pecans into pumpkin mixture.

Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
