Harvest Pumpkin Bread
Harvest Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease
5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices.
Combine eggs, milk, oil, pumpkin and brown sugar. Stir in cereal and raisins.
Add dry ingredients all at once. Stir just until moistened.
60 minutes or until tester inserted center comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
