Harvest Pork Chops
Harvest Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops (thick), 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 medium onion, sliced, 2 medium baking apples, peeled and sliced and 1 c. apple cider, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large skillet, brown pork chops in butter.
Remove and set aside.
Cook apples and onions in skillet drippings until onion is tender.
Stir in cider, water, brown sugar, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Return pork to skillet and simmer, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes, until pork chops are tender.
Combine cornstarch and apple cider; stir into hot liquid.
Cook until mixture thickens. Serve with rice.
