Harvest Fruit Bars
Harvest Fruit Bars is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with (6 oz.) pkg. diced, dried mixed fruit, c. chopped bananas, c. orange juice, . apple pie spice or ground cinnamon and c. margarine or butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl; set aside, stirring occasionally.
In large bowl beat together margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add flour, oats and 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice; mix until crumbly.
Save 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press rest into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
