Harvest Cake
Harvest Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced apples, 2 c. sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine apples and sugar and let stand 1 hour.
Mix together flour, cooking oil, beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, nuts, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda.
Add this mixture to the apples and sugar.
Put in greased and floured pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350Β°. Let cool in pan 15 minutes.
Freezes very well.
