Harvest Apple Cake
Harvest Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 4 medium apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease and lightly flour a 9-inch tube pan.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Chop and peel apples.
Set them aside.
Stir together eggs and vanilla, then beat 2 minutes, until light.
Gradually add oil, beating until thick.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Add dry ingredients, apples and nuts a little at a time; beat well after each addition.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
Use cream cheese frosting.
