Harvard Beets

Made with 1 pound can of diced beets drain and reserve juice, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt added to beet juice and 1/4 cup vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In sauce pan heat all of the above except the beets till thickened and then add beets and butter making sure all is heated through.
