Hardee's Biscuits
Hardee'S Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plus 1 tbsp. self-rising flour (white lily's best), 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 4 tbsp. crisco and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut or mix in Crisco.
Add buttermilk and egg together.
Add to flour mixture.
Work fast and knead lightly.
Roll out and cut into biscuits.
(I like to drop mine in melted butter and place in pan.) Bake for 10 minutes at 400Β° or longer if you like them brown.
