Add the first 3 ingredients and then cook on medium heat until it reaches 310Β° on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat; add cinnanom oil and then food coloring.
Butter cookie sheet and pour the ingredients in the cookie sheet.
Let cool, then break with a spoon.
Shake in powdered sugar.
