Mix in saucepan.
Place on heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Stir no more.
Cook to hard crack stage (290Β°) on candy thermometer.
Pour candy onto a buttered pan.
Let it get cold.
Tap pan on counter to bust into pieces.
Sprinkle with sugar.
