Mix sugar, Karo and water.
Stir to dissolve and boil to 310Β° on candy thermometer (crack stage).
Add flavoring and color.
Pour onto foil lined with powdered sugar (thick layer).
Cool slightly and cut with sharp scissors into squarish shapes.
