Happy Surprise Cake
Happy Surprise Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 betty crocker yellow cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature, 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 medium cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bake cake as directed on package.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
Add pudding to cream cheese and add the amount of milk as directed on pudding.
Beat together (will be lumpy).
Spread on cake.
Spread crushed pineapple on cream cheese mixture.
For best results, cover and refrigerate overnight at this stage.
Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Top with chopped nuts.
Any type of fruit can be substituted (i.e., bananas, peaches, cherries, strawberries, blueberries or boysenberries).
