Combine flour and Crisco.
Beat egg; add ice water, salt and vinegar.
Mix with flour and Crisco.
Roll out on floured surface to thickness of pie crust.
Spread liberally with apple butter. Roll up like a jelly roll.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting in 2-inch lengths. Enjoy with coffee or as a child's after school snack.
