Hanky Pankys
Hanky Pankys is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. pork sausage (i use jimmy dean with sage), 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 tbsp. italian seasonings and 1 tbsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown sausage and ground beef in large skillet.
Cut Velveeta into small slices and lay on top.
Cover until cheese melts.
Add spices.
Mix thoroughly until gooey.
Don't drain grease.
Spoon mixture (stirring frequently) onto rye bread.
I line the bread up on a cookie sheet (easier to handle).
Place, uncovered, in freezer until firm.
Remove from sheet and put in plastic Baggies. Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β° when needed.
