Hamburger Steak
Hamburger Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pieces cube steak, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 c. milk, vegetable oil and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat oil in electric frying pan or skillet.
Coat all pieces of meat with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown both sides of meat at 350Β°.
Remove steaks to platter and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon flour to drippings in skillet, stir in.
Add milk and soup.
Mix well.
Put steaks back in gravy.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
