Hamburger Roll
Hamburger Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 1 lb. ground beef and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grease 2 cookie sheets.
Brown ground beef and onion until tender.
Add other vegetables and some Worcestershire sauce.
Add soup and hot water.
Salt to taste.
Mix biscuit mix as directed. Roll dough out to 3/16 inch into a rectangle.
Set 1/2 cup meat mixture aside.
Pour meat mixture on dough.
Roll up and cut into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch slices.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
