Hamburger Quiche
Hamburger Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. hamburger, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute hamburger and drain excess fat.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
Add hamburger, cheese, onion and pepper.
Mix to distribute.
Pour mixture into raw pie shell (approximately 3 cups).
Bake on a sheet pan in 400° oven for 10-15 minutes until filling has begun to set.
Then reduce oven to 350° and bake for another 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Allow quiche to set for a few minutes, then cut and serve hot.
