Hamburger Noodle Bake
Hamburger Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 cloves garlic, 6 green onions, 1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in skillet.
Toss in meat.
Crush garlic and mix meat, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
Cover and cook slowly 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook and drain noodles.
Chop onions and mix with cream cheese and sour cream.
In large casserole, put 1/3 noodles in bottom.
Spread 1/3 scallion mix over noodles with 1/2 meat sauce.
Repeat layers twice.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
