Hamburger Hash
Hamburger Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 medium onions, chopped, 3/4 c. regular rice, uncooked, 1 1/2 c. water and 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all the ingredients except the noodles and put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°. Sprinkle noodles over top of the casserole and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
