Saute onion and ground beef.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients except noodles.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Take pan from oven and sprinkle with a 6-ounce can of chow mein noodles.
Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
