Hamburger Corn Bake
Hamburger Corn Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. medium noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in soup, sour cream, milk, pimento, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in cooked noodles. Turn mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter.
Sprinkle atop casserole.
Bake uncovered in a 350Β° oven about 50 minutes or until heated through.
