Hamburger Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, 1 bag york peppermint patties, 1 bag coconut, powdered sugar icing and food coloring (yellow, red and green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Use 2 wafers for the bun.
Color icing red and yellow for ketchup and mustard.
Spread yellow on 1 wafer and red on the other.
Color coconut green and put on wafer for lettuce.
Add peppermint patty for hamburger.
