Hamburger Casserole
Hamburger Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cream cheese, onion, 1 medium size pkg. noodles, 1 small can tomato sauce and 1/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and desired quantities of chopped onion and green pepper together.
Brown hamburger.
Stir in the tomato sauce.
Boil noodles.
Place 1/2 of the cooked noodles in the bottom of a casserole.
Add a layer of the cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles.
Top with hamburger-tomato sauce mixture. Top with butter as desired.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
