Hamburg Soup
Hamburg Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, 2 tbsp. parsley, 1 can tomato juice (46 oz.), 1 can corn (16 oz.) and 2 onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions until tender, adding hamburg to keep moist. Flavor with parsley, oregano and basil.
Set aside when browned, and pour off fat.
Boil potatoes in tomato juice and add corn with juice when tender.
Combine all ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
