Hamburg-Noodle Bake
Hamburg-Noodle Bake is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 lb. ground beef, 3 large onions, chopped, 1 c. chopped green peppers, 16 oz. noodles and 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large skillet, cook beef, onions and green peppers; drain fat.
Cook noodles; drain well.
Return noodles to skillet.
Stir in meat, tomato soup, cheese, chili sauce, pimiento, salt, chili powder, pepper and water; mix well.
Divide mixture between 2 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) baking dishes.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter.
Sprinkle atop casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 casseroles, 12 servings each.
