Hamburg Gravy
Hamburg Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. hamburg (depending on size of family), 1 to 2 cans franco-american beef gravy and 2 to 4 carrots, cooked and mashed or use 1 (8 oz.) can carrots, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown hamburg in skillet and drain.
Add beef gravy and 1/2 can of water. Stir and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour.
Mash cooked carrots and add to gravy.
Serve over potatoes or noodles.
