Hamburg Delight Casserole
Hamburg Delight Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburg, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat in hot shortening and add seasonings, onion, carrots, celery, green pepper and tomato soup.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add corn, olives, mushroom soup and spaghetti.
Pour into baking dish; top with cheese.
Bake at 350` for 25 to 30 minutes.
