Hamburg Casserole
Hamburg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, seasoned with salt or accent, 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. sour cream and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown beef with salt in skillet, breaking up into small pieces.
Drain well.
Put meat into large bowl.
Add potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Spread into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes; top with French fried onions and bake 15 minutes more until bubbling.
