Hamburg Casserole
Hamburg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, minced onion, 6 to 8 potatoes, sliced thin, 1 can peas, drained (save juice) and 1 can carrots, drained (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Lightly brown the hamburg with minced onion.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam.
Layer in this order: potatoes, peas, carrots and hamburg.
Mix the vegetable juices with 1 can of tomato soup and pour over the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350Β° (covered) for 2 hours.
Take cover off for the last 15 minutes.
