Ham Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 hamburger buns or 24 small biscuit size buns, 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ham, 1/2 to 3/4 lb. swiss cheese, 1 stick margarine, softened and 2 tbsp. grated or finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream margarine, onion, poppy seed and mustard.

Spread on both sides of buns.

Place ham and cheese on bun.

Put together and spread mustard mixture on top of bun.

Wrap in foil and bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350Β°.

These sandwiches may be made ahead and frozen.

These may also be used as an appetizer when made on tiny Parker House rolls.
