Ham-Potato Chowder
Ham-Potato Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium potatoes, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 c. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and dice potatoes.
In large saucepan, melt butter.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add potatoes, water, and seasonings. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Make a paste of the flour and 1/2 c. water; add to potato mixture.
Add milk and cook until slightly thickened.
Stir in undrained corn and ham.
Heat through.
(This soup tastes even better the day after you make it!)
