Ham Loaf

Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. dry mustard, dash of clove, 1/3 c. apricot preserves or orange marmalade and 3 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Combine eggs and milk. Add crumbs and soak 5 minutes.

Add ham, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cloves; mix well.

Pack in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and reset oven to 425°.

Invert loaf in center of greased and preheated plank.

Spread marmalade on top and sides of loaf.

Bake about 20 minutes until glazed.

Makes 8 servings.
