Ham Loaf
Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ham, ground in food grinder, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. onion powder and 1 c. fine cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Ground ham, ground pork, eggs, milk, onion powder and milk.
Pan and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Make mixture of brown sugar, mustard and vinegar and pour over top loaf. Continue baking for about 30 more minutes at 325°.
Remove and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before turning out onto platter to slice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
