Ham-Egg Brunch is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, crusts removed and buttered, 1/2 to 1 lb. shaved ham, 10 eggs, 1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated cheese (i use colby) and 1/4 tsp. dried mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
Put shaved ham and grated cheese on top.
