Ham and Spinach Rolls
Ham And Spinach Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 1 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. mustard (dijon is best), 1 c. minute rice and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. spinach, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix soup, sour cream and mustard.
In medium bowl, combine 1/2 of soup mixture, rice, onion, eggs and flour.
Mix well and place 2 tablespoons mixture on each slice of ham.
Roll up and place, seam side down, in baking dish.
(I use Pam first.)
Top with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
